XO Armor is applied to the interior
side of the glass, forming a “catcher’s mitt”
of protection between the outside elements and the interior
of the building. Independent Lab Tests have been developed
to prove efficacy of the protection offered to building occupants
from injury and damage caused from glass breakage.
XO Armor formulas are applied to the glass prior to the application
of the film. While all safety and security films are applied
with a similar method, historically "soapy water"
has been used whereas the XO Armor formula utilizes patent
pending nanotechnology that forms a chemical, rather than
merely a physical (glue), bond.
The molecular changes between the glass
and the film result in added strength and flexibility which
enables XO Armor to perform at much higher levels than that
of the competition.
