The reason for calling this section “Dealer/Integrator” is to highlight our understanding that there are two groups of people with similar needs:

1. A “Dealer” is a business who partners with XO™ ARMOR by purchasing products and is responsible for the entire planning, marketing, selling and installing process to complete the sale (although XO™ ARMOR is working hard behind the scenes providing training and other critical support services).  While the Dealer himself or herself may on occasion not perform all of their own installations, the Dealer is responsible for all process steps subsequent to film purchase.  In this way, the term “Dealer” is used consistently with the conventional window film industry.
   
   
2. An “Integrator” is someone who leverages other business interests and relationships along with XO™ ARMOR product and sales training to sell XO™ ARMOR installed solutions.  Upon acceptance of a proposal offered by an Integrator, XO™ ARMOR, LP is responsible for the balance of the installation and any subsequent process steps.  An Integrator is typically an Independent (1099) Contractor and may be another company (such as an ADT Security System dealer) or an individual (such as an Independent Manufacturer’s Representative).
